Disciplinary actions - Grounds

The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall have the power to suspend, refuse to renew, or revoke the certificate of registration of, or reprimand, any registrant who is guilty of: (1) Fraud or deceit in obtaining a certificate of registration; (2) Gross negligence, incompetence, or misconduct in the practice of soil classifying; (3) A felony listed under § 17-3-102 ; or (4) A violation of the code of ethics adopted and promulgated by the commission.
