Examination - Scope

(a) The Arkansas State Board of Sanitarians shall hold examinations to test the fitness of applicants for registration at such times and places within this state as the board shall determine, but shall hold at least one (1) examination every year. (b) The scope of the examination shall be determined by the board. Acts 1957, No. 281, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-1607.
