(a) Each licensee or credential holder shall maintain a record containing the information relative to his or her employees as may be prescribed by the Director of the Division of Arkansas State Police. (b) At all times a licensee or credential holder shall be legally responsible for the good conduct in the business of each employee, including the licensee's manager. (c) A licensee or credential holder finding a violation of this chapter shall report the violation to the local authority and to the director. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5982, eff. 7/1/2019.
