(a) The Director of the Division of Arkansas State Police shall perform such duties as may be prescribed by the director and shall have no financial, personal, or business interests in an entity licensed under this chapter. (b) All legal processes and all documents required by law shall be served upon the director or his or her designee or filed within the Division of Arkansas State Police.
