(a) A person who violates this chapter upon conviction is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. (b) A person who violates this chapter within one (1) year of a previous violation upon conviction is guilty of a Class D felony. Amended by Act 2015, No. 393,§ 42, eff. 9/1/2015.
