(a) An application for an initial polygraph examiner license or intern polygraph examiner license shall be made to the Director of the Division of Arkansas State Police on forms prescribed by the director and shall be accompanied by the required fee as set out in § 17-39-207 . (b) The burden is on the applicant to provide sufficient information to bring himself or herself within the licensing standards and allow the director to determine if the applicant is qualified to hold a license under this subchapter and subchapter 1.
