Procedure for suspension or revocation

(a) Suspensions, revocations, civil penalties, and all other such actions regarding licensure, registration, permitting, certification, or apprenticeship, and all appeals to the State Board of Health taken from such actions shall be conducted in accordance with the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq. (b) Any member of the Committee of Plumbing Examiners of the State Board of Health, a representative designated by the committee, any member of the board, or a representative designated by the board shall have the authority to administer oaths for the taking of testimony.
