Invalidation or nonrenewal proceedings

(a) Invalidation or nonrenewal proceedings may be initiated against a license holder in the same manner and for the same reasons as against a licensed operator or qualified operator. (b) The proceedings may be jointly and severally against any or all licensed operators or qualified operators employed by the license holder. Acts 1975, No. 488, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1807.
