Applicants previously convicted of violations

Nothing in this chapter shall require the State Plant Board to issue a license or registration to an applicant who has been convicted in a court for a violation of this chapter or the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. Acts 1975, No. 488, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1804.
