(a) In its rules made pursuant to this chapter and after a public hearing, the State Plant Board shall establish license, registration, inspection, reinspection, reporting, and examination fees sufficient to carry out the provisions of this chapter. (b) All fees collected under this chapter shall be deposited into the State Treasury to the credit of the board and are to be used in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
