(a) Upon licensure, each licensee under this chapter shall obtain a seal of such design as the Arkansas State Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, and Interior Designers shall authorize and direct. (b) Plans and specifications prepared by, or under the supervision of, a licensed landscape architect shall be stamped with this seal during the life of the landscape architect's license. (c) It is unlawful for anyone to stamp or seal any documents with the seal after the license of the landscape architect named thereon has expired or has been surrendered, suspended, or revoked.
