(a) All moneys collected by the State Board of Registered Residential Interior Designers under §§ 17-35-601 - 17-35-606 , 17-35-701 , 17-35-702 , and 17-35-801 - 17-35-803 shall be deposited into a financial institution in this state designated by the board. (b) No general revenues of this state shall be appropriated to the board. Acts 1993, No. 959, § 14.
