(a) This chapter may be referred to and cited as the "Registration of Foresters Act". (b) The purpose of this chapter is to ensure that no person shall use in connection with the person's name, or otherwise assume, use, or advertise any title or description that the person is a forester, unless the person is registered as herein provided.
