(a) (1) Upon proper determination that a person has been found guilty of violating this chapter, the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors may file a civil suit in the proper court in the jurisdiction in which the service or work is being performed. (2) Upon affidavit, the board shall secure a writ of injunction, without bond, restraining and prohibiting the person from performance of the service or work then being done or about to commence. (b) The members of the board, acting in good faith, are not personally liable under this proceeding.
