The courts of this state are vested with the jurisdiction and power to enjoin the unlawful practice of counseling or false representation as a licensed counselor in any proceeding brought by the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling or by any member thereof or by any citizen of this state. Acts 1979, No. 593, § 16; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-5216.
