(a) (1) Every registered cosmetologist manager-operator, cosmetologist, electrologist, manicurist, or aesthetician, unless operating a mobile salon as defined under § 17-26-102 , within thirty (30) days after changing the address of his or her place of business as designated on the books of the Department of Health, shall notify the department of his or her new place of business. (2) Upon receipt of the notification, the department shall make the necessary changes on its books. (b) A person licensed by the department to operate a mobile salon shall notify the department of the address where the mobile salon usually remains. Amended by Act 2017, No. 1081,§ 4, eff. 8/1/2017.
