Application for examination and license

(a) Each application for the written examination shall be accompanied by the required fee, and shall contain proof of the qualifications of the applicant for registration and licensing. (b) The application shall be verified by the oath of the applicant. Amended by Act 2017, No. 973,§ 2, eff. 8/1/2017.
