The Department of Health shall keep a registration record containing the names, known places of business, and the date and number of the license of every licensed cosmetologist and of those engaged in the practice of any branch of cosmetology, together with the names and addresses of all cosmetological establishments and schools of cosmetology registered under this chapter. This record shall also contain such facts as the applicants may have stated in their applications for examination for permitting and licensing. Acts 1955, No. 358, Art. 1, § 9; 1968 (1st Ex.
