Actions to enforce contracts in violation of subchapter

A roofing contractor that performs work or enters into a contract in violation of this subchapter shall not bring an action: (1) In law to enforce a provision of a contract entered into with a consumer in violation of this subchapter; or (2) For quantum meruit.
