(a) A roofing contractor that obtains a roofing contractor registration certificate under this subchapter may act as a roofing contractor only in the name under which the Residential Contractors Committee granted the roofing contractor registration certificate. (b) A roofing contractor shall submit a written update to the committee if the information submitted with the application for a roofing contractor registration certificate under this subchapter changes.
