Arkansas Code § 17-25-105

In all prosecutions for violations of the provisions of this chapter for engaging in the business of contracting without a certificate of authority, it shall be sufficient to allege in the indictment, affidavit, or complaint that "'A.' unlawfully engaged in business as a contractor, without authority from the Contractors Licensing Board, State of Arkansas, to do so." Acts 1965, No. 150, § 15; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-714.
