Cancellations - Refunds

(a) If a beauty pageant is canceled or otherwise does not take place, all entrants' fees shall be refunded by the operator. (b) The surety shall be liable for any unrefunded entrants' fees in the case of a default by the operator. Acts 1991, No. 101, § 3.
