(a) The State Board of Barber Examiners shall have authority to make and promulgate reasonable rules for the administration of this chapter. (b) The State Board of Barber Examiners shall prescribe sanitary requirements for barbershops and barber schools, subject to the approval of the State Board of Health. (c) Any member of the State Board of Barber Examiners, the Director of the State Board of Barber Examiners, or the State Board of Barber Examiners' inspectors shall have authority to enter upon and to inspect any barbershop or barber school at any time during business hours. (d) A copy of the rules and sanitary requirements adopted by the State Board of Barber Examiners shall be furnished by the State Board of Barber Examiners to the owner or manager of each barbershop and barber school, and a copy shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the barbershop or barber school.
