(a) All business cards, signs, telephone ads, newspaper ads, or any other type of advertising by professional bail bond companies shall display the company name prominently to assure that the identity of the company doing the advertising is readily apparent. (b) Any such advertising by or on behalf of individual professional bail bondsmen shall prominently display the name of the bail bond company and shall contain no information or other indication that the bail bondsman is independent of the company.
