(a) Any person who is found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. (b) Any person who falsely represents to the Professional Bail Bond Company and Professional Bail Bondsman Licensing Board that any person has met the education or continuing education requirements of §§ 17-19-107 and 17-19-212 and § 17-19-401 et seq. shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished accordingly.
