A person who violates this chapter or a rule hereunder shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500). Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1356, eff. 7/24/2019. Acts 1963, No. 108, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-1806.
