Auction house owners

(a) If an auction house owner is one other than the principal auctioneer, the auction house owner shall apply for a license and meet all the provisions of this chapter. (b) When the owner of an auction company or the designated person of a corporation and the auctioneer are one and the same, only one (1) license shall be required.
