(a) The Arkansas State Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, and Interior Designers may adopt rules setting minimum standards of continuing education to ensure that all registered architects, registered landscape architects, and registered interior designers remain informed of those technical and professional subjects that the board deems appropriate. (b) The board may by rules describe the methods by which such standards may be satisfied, and may provide that failure to satisfy the minimum standards shall be grounds for nonrenewal of the certificate of registration.
