Disposition of funds - Reports

(a) All fees and other moneys received by the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be kept in a separate fund and expended solely for the purposes of this chapter. No part of this special fund shall revert to the general funds of this state. The compensation provided by this chapter and all expenses incurred under this chapter shall be paid from this special fund. No compensation or expenses incurred under this chapter shall be a charge against the general funds of this state. (b) The board shall file an annual report of its activities with the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Licensing, and the report shall include a statement of all receipts and disbursements.
