(a) (1) Within thirty (30) days after the initial appointment of the members of the Arkansas Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics Advisory Board, the Governor shall call the first meeting of the board for the purpose of organization. (2) The board shall elect a chair and vice chair at its first regularly scheduled meeting of each calendar year. (3) The board shall meet as frequently as it deems necessary, at such times and places as the board designates. Additional meetings may be held upon call of the Chair of the Arkansas Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics Advisory Board or upon written request of four (4) members. (b) A quorum of the board shall consist of four (4) members. (c) The members of the board shall serve without compensation but may receive expense reimbursement in accordance with § 25-16-901 et seq. However, the expenses shall in no case exceed funds available to the board. (d) All proceedings of the board shall be conducted in accordance with the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.
