(a) The Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology may employ and discharge, in consultation with the Secretary for the State Board of Health, a Director of the Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology as may be necessary to carry out the duties of the board. (b) The board shall outline duties and fix compensation of the director in accordance with law. (c) The amount of per diem and mileage and expense moneys paid to the director shall be in accordance with applicable law. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4906, eff. 7/1/2019.
