Arkansas Code § 16-93-1801

(a) This subchapter applies to a felony offense committed on or after January 1, 2025. (b) A person who, before January 1, 2025, committed a felony and who was convicted and incarcerated for that felony is eligible for release on parole in accordance with the law in effect at the time the felony was committed. Added by Act 2023, No. 659,§ 2, eff. 1/1/2024.
