Arkansas Code § 16-93-1401

Definitions

As used in this subchapter: (1) "Correctional institution" means any state or privately operated prison, community correctional facility, county jail, city jail, or any other state, local, or privately operated detention facility; and (2) "Community supervision officer" means a parole, post-release supervision, or probation officer of the Division of Community Correction.
