Mental health and substance abuse treatment

A parolee or probationer who is enrolled in a Medicaid program shall be referred to mental health or substance abuse treatment, or both, when the referral is included as part of a court order, supervision plan, or treatment plan. Added by Act 2015, No. 895,§ 21, eff. 4/1/2015.
