(a) The concurrence of twelve (12) grand jurors is required to find an indictment. (b) When so found, it must be endorsed "a true bill" and the endorsement signed by the foreman. (c) When an indictment is found, the names of all witnesses who were examined must be written at the foot of or on the indictment. (d) The indictment must: (1) Be presented by the foreman of the grand jury to the court; and (2) (A) Be filed with the clerk; and (B) Remain in his or her office as a public record. Crim.
