Except as otherwise provided herein, this chapter does not repeal or modify any law of this state: (1) Authorizing the exercise of jurisdiction on any bases other than the bases specified in § 16-4-101 ; (2) Permitting a procedure for service or for obtaining testimony, documents, or other things for use in this state or in a tribunal outside this state other than the procedures prescribed in § 16-4-102 ; or (3) Authorizing the proof of official records or any entry or lack of entry therein by any method other than the methods prescribed in § 16-4-104 [superseded].
