Authorized publications - Weekly newspapers of patriotic organizations

(a) Any weekly newspaper published in the State of Arkansas by any statewide patriotic organization and having a circulation of five hundred (500) or more in the county in which the newspaper is published is declared to be a medium or forum in which there may be published all legal and judicial advertisements, notices, orders, reports, judgments, decrees, and sales in the county. (b) All legal and judicial advertisements, notices, orders, reports, judgments, decrees, and sales published in such weekly newspapers are, and shall be deemed to have been, properly published within the meaning of the acts governing the publication of legal and judicial advertisements, notices, orders, reports, judgments, decrees, and sales.
