(a) The qualified electors of Clark County and Pike County shall elect a prosecuting attorney to serve only the Ninth Judicial District-East. (b) The qualified electors of Howard County, Little River County, and Sevier County shall elect a prosecuting attorney to serve only the Ninth Judicial District-West.
