(a) This section shall be known as the "Victim/Witness Coordinator Act". (b) There is created a Victim/Witness Coordinator to provide technical assistance and support to all victims of crimes and their families and to witnesses to crimes who are involved in the criminal justice system, to establish programs intended to result in such support, and to provide a communication network for victim/witness programs. (c) The Victim/Witness Coordinator shall be located in the Office of the Prosecutor Coordinator. Acts 1985, No. 408, §§ 1-3; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 24-143 -- 24-145.
