(a) (1) Pike County shall have one (1) district court with two (2) departments: (A) One (1) located in Murfreesboro; and (B) One (1) located in Glenwood. (2) Both departments are to be served by one (1) judge. (b) The Pike County District Court Judge shall be elected countywide. (c) The Pike County District Court shall have countywide jurisdiction.
