(a) The qualified electors of Saline County shall elect a person who shall serve as the prosecuting attorney for the Twenty-Second Judicial District. (b) The qualified electors of Hot Spring County and Grant County shall elect a person who shall serve as the prosecuting attorney for the Seventh Judicial District.
