The terms of the circuit court of the Thirteenth Judicial District shall begin in each county of the district as follows: (1) Calhoun County: On the second Mondays in January and July; (2) Union County: On the second Mondays in March and September; (3) Columbia County: On the second Mondays in April and October; (4) Ouachita County: On the second Mondays in May and November; (5) Dallas County: On the second Mondays in June and December; and (6) Cleveland County: On the second Mondays in February and August.
