(a) A judge of the Court of Appeals may be reimbursed for necessary mileage. (b) Reimbursement under subsection (a) of this section shall: (1) Be paid out of funds appropriated in the operations appropriation for the Court of Appeals; (2) Be at the same mileage reimbursement rate as established in state travel rules for state employees; (3) Be limited to travel within the state between the judge's official residence and the Court of Appeals, not exceeding three (3) round trips per week; and (4) Not be allowed for a judge whose official residence is located in Pulaski County.
