Arkansas Access to Justice Foundation, Inc

The General Assembly finds that as the Arkansas Access to Justice Foundation, Inc., serves a public purpose, financial accounting, general bookkeeping, and management and administrative services may be provided by employees of the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court - Bar of Arkansas in support of the Arkansas Access to Justice Foundation, Inc. Added by Act 2019, No. 780,§ 7, eff. 7/1/2019.
