Support for Arkansas publicly funded law schools

(a) Notwithstanding §§ 16-10-306 , 16-10-307 , 16-10-603 , 16-10-604 , and 19-5-993 or any other law to the contrary, fifteen dollars ($15.00) of the uniform filing fee collected in circuit court under § 21-6-403(b)(1) shall be deposited as follows: (1) Fifty percent (50%) of the revenues shall be deposited into the State Treasury as special revenues to the credit of the University of Arkansas Fund, there to be used for the support of the University of Arkansas School of Law; and (2) Fifty percent (50%) of the revenues shall be deposited into the State Treasury as special revenues to the credit of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Fund, there to be used for the support of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. (b) These moneys shall be in addition to all other sources of funding for the law schools and shall not be used to supplant any other source of funding for the law schools. Acts 2005, No. 431, § 2.
