Aids for the hearing or visually impaired

(a) The Administrative Office of the Courts shall employ the most cost-efficient method of procuring auxiliary aids for persons with hearing and visual impairments. (b) These methods may include entering into a contractual arrangement with another state agency or with a private entity that is capable of providing these services. Acts 1997, No. 1355, § 9.
