Discretionary suspension of inspection and registration fees

(a) If the balance of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Fund exceeds five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000), the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board shall have the discretion to dispense with all inspection and registration fees. (b) The board's decision to dispense with inspection and registration fees under this section is effective for the fiscal year following the board's decision.
