Records of inspections - Disposition of funds

(a) The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration, or his or her deputies or inspectors, whose duty it is to enforce this subchapter, shall keep a correct record of all oils and fluids inspected by them in a book provided for by the state for that purpose. They shall have the power to make any necessary investigation to determine whether or not any oils have been inspected before being offered for sale. (b) The secretary, his or her deputies, or his or her inspectors, shall have the right to administer oaths and inspect any and all records having reference to the receiving, forwarding, transportation, or sale of any oils or fluids. (c) All records kept by the secretary, or his or her deputies or inspectors, pertaining to the inspection of oils and fluids mentioned in this subchapter shall be open to the inspection of any interested party.
