Summons - Validity of lessee's title

(a) Summons shall be issued and served as in other cases in circuit court. (b) All persons, if any, whose names or whereabouts are stated in the petition to be unknown to the plaintiff shall be deemed and taken as defendants by the name or designation of "all whom it may concern", and such persons may be constructively summoned, as provided by Rule 4 of the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure. However, the validity of the lessee's title under the lease, when approved by the court, shall not thereafter be subject to attack by any person whatsoever, including, but not limited to, nonresidents, minors, or other incompetents, except by direct appeal in the manner provided by law.
