The Arkansas Development Finance Authority may charge each issuer of affected bonds a filing fee for establishing its compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 1 et seq., by appropriate resolution of the authority and may modify its filing fee from time to time by subsequent resolution of the authority. Acts 1987, No. 900, § 8.
